Refund Policy

At Auto City, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our services involve third-party providers, vehicle transactions, inspections, financing assistance, and consulting services, refund eligibility may vary depending on the service provided.


Vehicle Purchases

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all vehicle sales are considered final. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect vehicles, review documentation, and ask questions before completing a purchase.

Any warranties, guarantees, or return rights will be provided separately in writing when applicable.


Consignment Services

Fees paid for marketing, advertising, administrative work, or completed consignment services may be non-refundable once services have been performed.


Auto Broker Services

Broker-related fees may be non-refundable once vehicle searches, negotiations, sourcing efforts, or related services have begun.


Vehicle Inspections

Inspection fees are non-refundable once the inspection has been completed and the report or findings have been provided.


Financing Assistance

Fees associated with financing assistance, application processing, or consulting services may be non-refundable once services have been rendered, regardless of loan approval outcomes.


Service Cancellation

If a service is canceled before work has begun, customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund at Auto City's discretion.


Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and include:

  • Customer name

  • Contact information

  • Date of service

  • Description of the request

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
